Description

Post Sync Manager is a WordPress post sync plugin that lets you move posts and pages between dev, staging, and production environments.

Whether you’re pushing a finished post from staging to production or pulling an update back to your local environment, everything syncs cleanly — content, metadata, ACF fields, featured images, and inline media included.

Unlike traditional tools, this WordPress post sync plugin lets you sync individual content without touching the entire database.

How It works

Install the plugin on each environment, connect them with a shared secret key, and sync from the post editor or the bulk Sync screen. No FTP, no database exports, no copy-paste.

Requirements

WordPress 6.7+, PHP 8.3+.

It is strongly recommended you run a newer version of PHP and WordPress if possible.
