Post Sync Manager is operated by WAV (wearevolume.com). This policy explains what data we collect through postsyncmanager.com and the Post Sync Manager plugin.
What We Collect
When you activate a Pro license, we receive and store:
- Your license key
- Your WordPress site URL
We do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or any post content. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Why We Collect It
We store your license key and site URL solely to validate that your Pro license is active and has not exceeded its activation limit.
How Long We Keep It
License records are retained for as long as your license is active. If you deactivate your license or request deletion, we will remove your site URL from our records within 30 days.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
Third-Party Services
Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@postsyncmanager.com.
